MysticLight.tv uses the following hosting provider:

When you access the site, technically necessary request information may be processed in server logs. Depending on the configuration, this may include your IP address, date and time, requested page or file, referrer URL if transmitted, browser and operating system information, HTTP method and status, and the amount of data transferred.

Logs produced by this site's own web-server configuration are separate from data processed by netcup as infrastructure provider. No retention period for the site's own server logs is stated here because that configuration has not been verified.

netcup's Privacy Policy ↗ states that its website-operation log data is generally deleted or anonymised after 14 days unless longer retention is needed for another purpose. That statement does not establish the retention period for this site's own server logs.

The home page embeds Twitch video and chat. Both load automatically when the page opens, without requiring a click.

Your browser therefore connects to Twitch infrastructure when it loads the page. Twitch may process technical information such as your IP address, browser and device details, the requested page and referrer information. Its embeds may use cookies or similar browser storage, depending on Twitch's implementation and your settings.

Twitch's embeds may also request supporting resources from content delivery, advertising or measurement services. Twitch controls its embedded service; see Twitch's Privacy Notice ↗.

This site links to Twitch, Discord, Patreon, UwU Market, OrchidEight, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, X and Linktree. Gallery source links may also lead to Danbooru or an artist's site. Showing an ordinary link does not load the destination's service; your browser contacts it when you follow the link. Twitch video and chat are different because they are embedded and load on the home page itself.

The community gallery uses this site's server to retrieve and cache General-rated artwork from Danbooru. Your browser receives those images from MysticLight.tv. Following an artwork's source link opens the external site.

5. Local website functionality and storage

The site's own code does not set cookies or use localStorage, sessionStorage or IndexedDB. It does not include analytics scripts. Fonts and site artwork are served from this website. This does not describe storage used by Twitch's embedded service.

6. Data subject rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability and objection regarding your personal data.
